Limiting beliefs are negative thoughts or attitudes that we impose on ourselves, which constrains your potential and hinders your personal growth. These beliefs often stem from past experiences or societal conditioning. This limits you when it comes to your relationship with your body, your goals and opportunities. We'll explore the origins of your limiting beliefs, rewrite you story, and reclaim your power. This is one of the pivotal steps in the foundation for a healthy, thriving and better YOU!

  • Stepping Out Of Your Comfort Zone

    Yes, stepping out of your comfort zone may be uncomfortable. Who am I kidding, it is. But it is essential to growth. Sometimes we need need that extra push. This course will give your the opportunity to up level yourself and become a better more confident version of you.

Module Outline

Module 1

Get clear on YOU!

Week 1 is designed to help you get clear on how you want to show up. We are looking at our lives in this moment, envisioning how we want to show up, and working on gratitude for what we have. We are dipping out toes in and setting ourselves up for the upcoming weeks.

Module 4

Mindfulness & Action

This week is learning to be present but also mindful on two big factors that affects our relationship with our body image. Which is eating and physical activity. We are also working on action steps. You are going to have bad days in the future, it’s knowing the steps you need to take to overcome those feelings.

Module 2

Limiting Beliefs

This is our BIG week where we are really digging deep and setting everything up for the rest of the course. We work through what is holding you back, what beliefs you have, & diving deep into where these ‘beliefs’ came from. This is a deep and powerful week.

Module 5

The Formula & Raising our Minimums

This Week is first breaking down the formula. Then we all have minimums of what we will accept in life & this week we RAISE them and realize how worthy we are in every area of our life!

Module 3

Vibes and Comparison

Yes, you just read the word vibes. You’re probably thinking uhhh “vibes” that’s hippy stuff. It could be considered that but it’s really just talking about good and bad feelings. This week is a two parter: Part 1 the vibes and part two something so essential when it comes to our relationship with our body… comparison. We need to break it down and stop it in its tracks.

Module 6

The New YOU!

The final week is your chance to reflect. I will guide you to acknowledge your progression, re-establish your new core beliefs, and empower you to use your newfound knowledge to step into your best self.
