Do you ship world wide?

Yes! For physical items We offer shipping worldwide. We offer a base shipping of $15 to Canada, USA and most parts of Europe. We do offer free shipping over $50. For the rest of the world shipping is $30. In addition, we offer free untracked shipping on all stickers.

When will my order be shipped?

Our current processing time is 1-5 days from purchase. All items are currently being shipped through Canada post. We do our best to have products shipped as fast as possible. however, if you are buying outside of Canada we have no control over the processing times through customs.

How to care for clothing

We recommend you wash your items inside out with the cold and delicate settings and hang to dry to preserve the clothing longer. Wash with like colours and items. Do not iron directly on designs.

Can I exchange an item? The size isn't right for me.

If you receive your order and would like to change/exchange sizes, please email us at infonmarsh@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the product and size you'd like to exchange to. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted as long as the apparel is in its original form, unworn, free of scents, any marks or stains and with tags attached. 

You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with exchanges.
